Public health

Public health in Chile, is very bad in the sense of care of patients in a mild, medium and severe state, have to be waiting for several hours, until there are cases of deaths to wait for them to attend. It affects the poorest considerably, the middle class has to spend money on supplies and medicines because hospitals do not have.

Education and public schools

The education in Chile is very unequal according to the social classes, the public schools today have enough benefits on the subject of school aid, but the type of education is inefficient, they do not have a wide vision to advance in the studies, are few the students that stand out and come to University. There are many years of study, compared to the United States and the United Kingdom, or countries in Europe.

Abortion

The issue of abortion in Chile, is a debate that comes years, for some is quite complicated and important and others just do not think. This year 2017 passed the abortion law for three causals, which is a very important milestone for the advancement of the country.

My English

Hello colleagues, I hope that they are an excellent term for all semester, today I will talk about my experience in English, as and learned and the difficulties I have been presented, good from school my first eight years I never had English, just in high school I began to learn about this language and it was very difficult for me, a real challenge, as the teacher spoke everything in English, since that moment he created a kind of refusal to learn it because in all the middle schools take for granted that you know the basics of this subject. So far in university has cost me, but I feel that I have improved a lot, I know that I still have much to learn, it has been easier as the learning modality is different and is more didactic and practical. I flunked English two because it cost me a lot and the professor demand was very high for what I was driving; Today I am in English four and I hope to spend it because throughout the race I strived, the method of blogging I find it very effective as one can write about what he likes according to the given topics and so better understand how to write and read in English. I have to improve many aspects in this area to be a more complete professional, reading I have improved a lot, but I must improve my pronunciation, fluency and understand when listening, that requires more practice. Finally I wish them all the success of the world and thank you for all that eh managed to learn in this course.

About my Faculty

Today we have a very interesting topic and as far as I am concerned a subject very subjective by the different looks that each student has. FAU is the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Chile, is the place where I study the career of geography three years ago and we will refer today to all changes in the curriculum, methods and infrastructure that I would do. Let's start with the curriculum I like the subjects, but would include more labs and land as I practice helps to apply and understand in a better way what was learned in the chair, for a personal issue would guide the career with more scientific than humanists, but I understand the importance of these. With regard to the duration of the race I find that this well delimited time with respect to the hours of classes should increase or rather adjust if more laboratories are included.

The faculty as such, talking about its infrastructure and design would be a good option to add more green areas, add structures or designs that make it noticeable as a faculty of geography, architecture and design; Exchange chairs and tables in the canteen and it would be good to keep the bathrooms in good condition with respect to cleanliness, toilets and infrastructure.

In FAU is not one hundred percent reflected technology, but has what it takes to work, study and stay connected. Finally, with regard to teaching methods there is a deficiency in the work in classes so this should increase and as I said earlier to bring to practice the last subject in lecture.

My Favorite Camp

Greetings to all, hoping you have a good day I will start to tell you about one of my best camp stories, this was in Ancoa, in the commune of Linares, Chile, was a camp with my Scout group, we went two weeks in the month of February, I arrive after everything the group I was working on that day with my dad, but since I got here, it was an adventure. Ancoa is an impressive place, all its nature is beautiful, one day we decided to go hiking, we walked about eight kilometers, we reached a waterfall which we went up the sides, and dark and we had to sleep where we find somewhere not so rocky, it turns out we didn't see much even though we had flashlights; we had to cross the waterfall until we found where finally rest, we spent the night telling stories, knowinging even more, enjoying the nature, the sky that covered us that night, being disconnected from all technology and more still enjoy. Already dawn it was seven or eight in the morning and started heading to the camp, down the waterfall we found some giant pools that were formed, despite the cold I did and how frozen the water was we were not going to waste that opportunity, so at the same time we did not think twice and we we to the pools from different places and heights, was unforgettable. Finished the two weeks where other of the excursion, we did mud wars, we bathed in the river, toured the place and met new people, I returned with more memories in my memory and stories to tell.

Post-graduate

Hi all I hope you are very well, today I will tell you about the postgraduate courses, in my case I want to study one to explore more about other areas related to what I study and what I work in the future. This postgraduate course is closely related to soils in geography and is called Geomatics which is the discipline of collection, storage, processing and delivery of geographical information specially referenced. In other words, it consists of products, services and tools involved in the collection, integration and management of geographical data. With regard to how I would like to study abroad, not because Chile does not have what it takes to develop in this area, but would promote the fact of learning geography in other parts of the world, know other cultures and perhaps other forms of research and study. Geomatics is increasingly rising as it adapts to the vertiginous technological changes and to the new needs of society. Of this postgraduate I hope to become a professional every day more complete and informed, someone who can solve problems in some study or discover new opportunities. In Chile it is difficult to hire you having many studies after your career because if you are a more "expensive" professional at the time of hiring, but I feel that we should value the interest and dedication that these people give to their area.

Animals

Hello everyone, I hope it was an excellent week, today we will talk about something more related to nature, this is the animals. The Condor is my favorite Chilean bird, from very small I was attracted to attention and even more because I grew up knowing that I was in danger of extinction, the condor is the largest bird of prey in the world and lives in the heights of the Mountain Range of the Andes throughout Chile, it's strong claws and robust beak help it to feed on dead animals and even calves. 

On the other hand, I can name the leopard and the dolphin, the first is one of the most adaptable felines to nature, the only habitat they do not support is the desert, they need a place to hide and enough prey to survive, I have always been struck by their speed and stealth that they are at the time of hunting. The dolphin on the other hand is in the group of cetaceans, ¿Doesn't it call attention to the ability they have to interact with the human species? To my if, is one of the animals more intelligent in the world, live near the coasts, their jumps, dances and sounds helps you to communicate and geared to find their prey, today its greatest threat is all of nature anthropic.

My series favorite

Hello that such, we talk today of one of my great hobbies, to see series. I'm a big fan of television in general, watching movies, documentaries and series are my perfect pastime, let's talk about Vikings this series is mainly one of my favorites, I like the plot, the time when it is based, speaks a lot of gods, tells what long series impressive things about culture in those times, wars were something common, it has incredible effects. In all seasons you see the boats that occupied were all wood, they were expert navigators and is a series that focuses on a peasant who dominates the curiosity to know the world, all traveled only to where the king delimited , but he always wanted to go beyond until one day he succeeds, he goes against everything and follows his instinct where he discovers England and all its riches. After all his voyages and fights he had to face became the king of the Vikings with whom he lived. For all this and every thing that happens in chapters is that it became one of my favorite series so far.
